Access to Technology Questionnaire

To parents/carers of students new to Outwood Academy Foxhills.

Please may we ask that our parents/carers of our new year 7 students and any other student who has just commenced with us since September 2021, please complete the questionnaire via the link below.  In addition, any existing parents/carers of existing students who have previously completed the questionnaire and have changes to access, also complete the questionnaire

If you have more than one child at school, please complete a separate survey for each child.

Surveys must be submitted by Friday 18th September 2021
