Website Photo's Consent Letter/Form

 

Dear Parent/Carer,

We are writing to inform you that a photographer will be in school on Wednesday 6th December 2023 taking photographs to be displayed on the school website and associated publicity. During the day, the photographer will be visiting each department, taking photos of students participating in their lessons. Please complete the attached form if you give consent for them to be photographed and for their photo to be displayed on the school website and potentially other school marketing resources/social media sites.
